Hyperbaric therapy.
At home.
Done right.

Home hyperbaric chambers for health-conscious high performers who thrive under pressure.

I spent years working in pressurized environments as a commercial diver — certified through 2016 — and trained as a hyperbaric instructor. Now I help high performers bring that same science home. The same pressure that drives you is the same pressure that heals you.

You know what it does. Here's what I recommend.

After years working in commercial hyperbarics and treating diving injuries, I've seen what pressurized oxygen therapy does at a clinical level. The home chamber market has come a long way — there are real options now that deliver meaningful results for health-conscious buyers.

I affiliate with OxyNova because they're the product I'd put in my own home. Medical-grade construction, lifetime warranty, and a track record that holds up. When you buy through my link, I earn a referral — and you get someone with actual hyperbaric background available if you have questions.

If you want to talk through which model fits your goals before buying, I'm available for a quick consultation at no charge.

What HBOT actually is — from someone who's lived it.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy means breathing oxygen at pressures higher than sea level. At increased atmospheric pressure, your lungs absorb more oxygen than normal. That oxygen gets carried deeper into tissue, accelerating the body's natural repair processes.

I was trained in hyperbaric medicine as a commercial diver — not because it was trendy, but because it was a clinical tool for treating decompression sickness and dive injuries. The same underlying science now has a growing body of research supporting its use for recovery, wellness, inflammation, and performance.

🫁

How it works

Pressurized air increases the partial pressure of oxygen in your lungs. Your plasma carries dissolved oxygen to areas with restricted blood flow — places that normal circulation can't easily reach.

🏠

Home vs. clinical

Clinical HBOT operates at 2–3 ATA with 100% oxygen under medical supervision. Home chambers typically run 1.3 ATA with ambient air or supplemental oxygen — milder, but still effective for wellness and recovery applications.

📋

Who it's for

Athletes seeking faster recovery, people managing chronic inflammation or fatigue, and health-conscious individuals who want a research-backed tool that's practical for daily use at home.

What the studies actually show.

I cite studies. I don't make medical claims. There's a difference, and it matters. Here's what the published literature has found — make of it what you will.

Wound healing and tissue repair

Multiple controlled studies have demonstrated that HBOT accelerates healing in chronic wounds, diabetic ulcers, and radiation-damaged tissue by increasing oxygen tension in hypoxic areas and stimulating angiogenesis.

Wound Repair and Regeneration / Journal of Wound Care

Athletic recovery and performance

Research from sports medicine literature indicates HBOT may reduce delayed onset muscle soreness and markers of exercise-induced inflammation when used post-training, with some studies showing accelerated return-to-play timelines.

Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research

Neurological function and cognitive performance

Emerging research has explored HBOT's potential in traumatic brain injury recovery and age-related cognitive decline, with several studies showing improved markers of neuroplasticity and cerebral blood flow.

Aging (Albany NY) / Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience

Inflammation reduction

Elevated oxygen pressure appears to modulate inflammatory cytokines and reduce oxidative stress markers in several clinical trials, supporting its use in chronic inflammatory conditions.

The studies cited are publicly available research — I'm summarizing what was found, not telling you what to do with that information. If you have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning HBOT.

Real background. Actual opinion.

I didn't get into hyperbarics through a wellness blog. I was certified as a commercial diver and trained as a hyperbaric instructor, working with surface decompression procedures and hyperbaric treatment of diving-related injuries. My certifications lapsed in 2016. The knowledge didn't. Hyperbaric medicine was a clinical tool I worked with hands-on, not a supplement category I discovered on Instagram.

I'm also experienced in e-commerce — I built one of the highest-volume independent retail operations for HarvestRight freeze dryers in the US, going from zero product knowledge to recognized industry expert in a matter of weeks. I know how to evaluate products, educate buyers, and create straightforward paths to purchase for people who are serious about what they're buying.

This site exists because the intersection of those two things — real hyperbaric knowledge and the ability to clearly communicate it — is genuinely useful to people who are considering a significant investment in their health. These aren't cheap purchases. You should be buying them from someone who knows what they're talking about.

I affiliate with OxyNova. That means if you purchase through my links, I receive a referral commission. I recommend them because I believe in the product — not the other way around.
